I worked for four months for the Boreal Project, the organization that is responsible for the Hybrid Art Fair - the festival of contemporary art in Madrid. The festival is unusual because the exhibition space is rented out to hotel rooms, which seems to be a limitation but gives artists room for creative action and the results are great. I took part in the preparation of materials for social media, the catalogue and the implementation of previously prepared visual identification.
Newsletter
One of my first tasks was to prepare a visual identity for a new initiative - a newsletter with an overview of cultural events in current month. Based on the festival’s name - Hybrid, I prepared a series of graphics based on bizarre combinations.
Guide to Survival Art Week
Art Week in Madrid is a wonderful event, but it is easy to get lost with such a wide range of exhibitions, festivals and related events. So we have prepared a guide with a small calendar and a summary of all the major exhibitions. My part was to design the layout and make the final brochure.
